The Rainbow Tent is at the campsite of Dr. Bruce Wells and his wife, Billie. They are friends of the Winfield-based Walnut River String Band.
The fiddler is Gary Hughes of Kechi, Kansas. On his left (at the right edge of the picture) is Jackie Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Note that this jam was at 2:30 in the morning on the last night of WV#31.
